coastal paradise just a stroll to the ferry

If you’re ever thinking of leaving your car in Horseshoe Bay to visit the coast, this is the best AirBnb on the Sunshine Coast for you. You can walk right off the ferry and into this designer suite.

Perched in the trees on the high bank above the ferry terminal, I almost felt like I was in a beautiful treehouse as I photographed it. From up there, you can watch ferries, eagles + the tide roll in an out.

The neutral coastal tones and textures are contrasted by black accents and it really makes for a calming space. I think a big part of that calm comfort, is the connection from inside to out with huge windows in the living room. Honestly, I didn’t really want to leave.

The kitchen was well-stocked and well-planned with warm oak + white contrasting cabinets. The details of the housewares + decor were just as well thought out as the details in design. Even the salt and pepper shakers were beautiful.

A walk down a short hallway to see the bedrooms two queen beds with beautiful bedding and lots of pillows. I OBVIOUSLY didn’t get into the beds, but they looked super comfy.

Between the two bedrooms lives the bathroom and it’s gorgeous subtle terrazzo type of tile. It has a walk in shower with rain head and a soaker tub, which makes the Coastal Paradise a great place to catch up on some R+R with those spa vibes.

As I captured the space, I tried to let the warmth and mood speak through the photographs to invite guest into the space. From the tiny details to the overall, the vibe is consistent and comfortable.

The best part isn’t even the cabin itself though, this cabin is waterfront. A few steps down to your own beach access… okay, more than a few, but you get your workout in without even trying. I highly recommend this one!
