Documenting a space isn’t just about taking pictures.

Interiors with me transport your target market right into your space. By photographing your space in the right light, we set an ambient tone that your clients or guests desire.

We will determine who exactly you want to enter the space, and then I will shoot with that in mind.

I always rearrange a few things for the sake of photos, but should you want Interior Styling, it is a service I am happy to provide also.

Each interiors session is unique, and therefore I don’t have universal pricing, but please click options below to get an idea of what I charge

session stages:

  • Please ensure the space has been cleaned and tidied (preferably professionally)

    All personal elements should be removed such as family photos, chachkas.

    All personal hygene items should be tucked away into drawers and cabinets: toothbrushes, shampoo bottles (unless styled), etc.

    The space must not be occupied by clients, guests or homeowners when I arrive to shoot because then I will have trouble framing and working in a timely manner.

  • The time it takes me to shoot varies. I would say, it usually takes me about an hour per 500-750 square feet. I don’t know if that is fast or slow, but it’s just how long it takes.

    Per hour (depending on the use of your photos), I charge $350+ taxes & travel.

    I will send you a proposal once we secure a date. A non-refundable retainer is required. This is a full one hour of shooting plus GST.

  • During the session, it is most productive if I am shooting on my own UNLESS you have experience with styling and you don’t mind being bossed around by me — haha. Think a lot of please move this, please move that.

    Today, before I arrive, please pay the remainder of your invoice.

  • Within 2-3 weeks, I will have your gallery complete and ready for you to download.

    Every session includes 10 images per hour. Interiors Photography takes a lot of heavy editing. I am usually pretty excited about your home and will sometimes edit more than 10 if I think they are worth it.

    These extra images are available for purchase for $47.99 each.

  • If you are an AirBnb owner or interior designer, I don’t ask special sharing permissions sharing to social media. What I do ask is that you tag me @coastphoto.co

    For commercial licenses, I charge a flat rate of $450 per gallery. This covers multiple uses and pitching to whichever magazines you’d like. I prefer to keep it simple, than charging percentages, or per images licenses.

    For printing our images, I charge a flat rate of $750.

    If you would like both, it’s a flat rate of $1000

    If I find the images that we created together out there in breach of this, I do charge a penalty and send an invoice right away.

travel is charged at $0.75/km + travel off coast is $1.00/km

    You did such a great job directing, it felt very comfrotable — even [husband] said when we were driving home, “that was pretty painless” which means A LOT haha he hates getting his picture taken soooo much. So that is a win!
