Have you ever walked into a place and just felt immediately at home?

This home checked all of the boxes for me. It embodies a modern coastal design aesthetic while emanating the Sunshine Coast. From the floors to the chachkas, every item was carefully curated by the homeowners.

The living room boasts a full wall of windows and sliding glass doors out to the patio that has full views of the little cove and islands within. From up here, you can watch for feasting bald eagles, seals warming themselves on the rocks and beautiful sunsets as it is South facing overlooking all that Madeira Park has to offer. Did I mention, you can view all of that from the HOT TUB up here? YEP, yes please!

I love that the guest room that includes a built-in set of bunk beds with a canoe paddle to keep your kids safe up top. With the coastal vibes of this paneling, and beautiful calm blue colour of the paint, this is easily my favourite room in the house. It also has access to the area of the deck where the hot tub is! Again, YEP, yes please!

In this room, the laundry is also ducked behind a sneaky panelled door, which I love. I am a real sucker for surprises.

The kitchen is super equipped to handle all types of families. With a mix of ceramic and plastic plates and utensils, you won’t find yourself needing anything in the kitchen. UGH — I just love it! There is also a Nespresso machine, which is my personal favourite single serve coffee.
